🌧️ April showers bring May flowers... and a new Caregiver of the Month! 🌸

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that Heather Roundtree has been named Azria Health Prairie Ridge April’s Caregiver of the Month, and it couldn’t be more deserved! Heather is one of the incredibly talented RNs on our Team! Collectively, she has dedicated 12 years to our facility!
She pours her heart into our residents day in and day out, and for that, we are so thankful. Heather brings a much-appreciated positive energy to the Team, accepts change with open arms, and is a true go-getter who is always willing to help someone in need.
