I hope you all have a Merry Christmas. I know the holidays are joyful for some. Often times they are a season of navigating loss and new emotional territories of grief. If that is you- know that new seasons are coming and everything will be okay.

Secondly, I wanted to share a notice of a small price increase. This decision comes with a lot of thought and is not made lightly.

2026 brings me to 10 years in the industry as your massage therapist. 10 years of sharing the highs and lows with you. Thank you for sharing a part of you with me. Thank you for trusting me in all seasons of your life and mine.

In one decade I have learned and grown as a therapist and I intend to continue to do so. I will continue to create a space of privacy and sacred territory for you to come as you are. I look forward to another year of being able to do this both physically and mentally/emotionally. It is always my prayer that God would use me to meet your needs all for his glory.

I pray 2026 brings you a lightness to your spirit. A year of healing in ways that only God can provide.

There will never be enough words for me to describe the gratitude that I have for you all.

Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! This year I have created an intentional treatment menu for you to choose from for your therapeutic needs to help you feel well through this cold season.🤍

I am happy to upgrade any of your currently scheduled massages as you so choose as well as adding these treatments to a gift card. It is always a difficult decision for me, but I am not currently taking new clients so that I have room to honor my current clients.

I am truly so grateful for each and everyone of you for trusting me always. I am hopeful that this year brings a lightness to your mind, body, and spirit. I look forward to seeing you at your next appointment.

Good morning!

Today my two little people finish their school year and I am so excited to spend sweet undivided time with them to start summer off!

I am taking some time the next few days to step away from work so that I can spend some much needed time with my kiddos without distraction. Please feel free to still message me about your scheduled appointments as needed! I am happy to respond to your messages when I am able! I might be slow to respond but I will get back to you!

Thank you for being the heart of my business. Thank you for trusting me and allowing me to step away when needed. Thankful doesn't really seem adequate💜

A quiet reminder that you are always welcome and encouraged to take the hour to sleep or stay in the quiet during your massage.

I will always try and follow your lead, but if you know that's what you need you can always send me a text prior to your appointment or request it when you arrive!

Taking time to mentally escape is part of your massage and I want that for you. Especially if that's something you need due to certain circumstances in your world. No questions asked 🤍

Hello! I hope you are all staying warm with all the ❄️

I want to thank you all for being so patient while I took some much needed time off over Christmas and this last week! I have enjoyed spending most of my kids Christmas break at home with them! It's because of you that I get to do that.

I hope you all had a Merry Christmas! I will be well rested going into 2025, and I so look forward to getting back to work.

I wanted to take some time to thank you all for supporting my business in any way shape or form that you have in the past year.

I am grateful to have been able to do my job another year. I look forward to bringing you a safe space in 2025!

2025 marks 8 years of business for Massage Haven and 9 years as a Massage Therapist. Thank you for trusting me with all that you have! The highs and the lows.. I am thankful you shared it all with me. That is never taken for granted.

I will be available until tomorrow at 8 a.m to deliver gift cards or slip them in the mail for you! Pickup can also be arranged through the weekend if planned ahead of time.

I will be unavailable until Sunday afternoon for gift card needs, but I would love to get them to you before or after 🎁🎄 Packages are available at a discount until 12/23/24.
