We’re excited to welcome Gabrielle to the Recoup + Relief team!
Gabrielle provides individual, couples, and family therapy for adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and questions of identity and belonging. She has a strong understanding of the complexities many individuals face, including first-generation Americans, immigrants, multicultural individuals, and those balancing multiple roles, expectations, and internal pressures.
Her clinical training is rooted in trauma-informed care, grief and loss, and culturally responsive practice. With a background that bridges both creative and clinical spaces, Gabrielle brings a thoughtful and nuanced perspective to her work.
With a background in community-based work and long-standing engagement with artists and creative communities, Gabrielle brings a nuanced understanding of how identity, work, family, and creativity intersect. She is especially attuned to the emotional weight of navigating cultural expectations, responsibility, and self-definition.
Her approach to therapy is collaborative, direct, and grounded in evidence-based practices. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed skills, narrative therapy, and relational frameworks to support clients in understanding patterns, strengthening emotional regulation, and building more sustainable ways of showing up in their lives and relationships.
Gabrielle recognizes that many individuals are not in crisis, but may still feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in repeating cycles. She creates space for honest conversation, reflection, and meaningful change, without judgment or pressure to simplify who you are.
Gabrielle is accepting new clients at our Medina office and via telehealth.
