Breastfeeding can be hard
It can look different than you hoped
It can feel overwhelming

With all the tricks
All the tips
All the knowledge
All the determination

And
It can not be quote "enough" to "fix" the issues that arise

And at that point your most important thing is

Support

Does your provider. Doula, lactation consultant support you emotionally and meet you were your at?

Thought of the day: we are so influenced by what is happening in the world... the news, media, they are in fact influencing what we are consumed by and dwelling on.

Just look at your algorithm.
As news changes, the posts about it follows.

It's the news and opinions about it sprinkled with messages to buy this or that

And then we end up missing the world and the wonder we were designed to be present in.

Selah

What are you missing in your own world?
The smiles of your children?
Sitting with the hard season you are walking through and learning from it?
Are you missing memories?
Are you loosing peace?

Maybe it's time to not be so consumed by this world.
Maybe it's time to connect with friends, your children, your spouse.

It's something to work on. ❤️🩵🩷

Happy September! Please continue reading for the dates of the upcoming free Community Groups:

Pregnancy Group - no group in September. (We have something new in the works, all the details are coming soon!)

Postpartum Group - Tuesday, September 9th at 10am

Lactation Group - Thursday, September 4, 11, 18 & 25 at 10:30am

VBAC Group - Wednesday, September 10 at 6:30pm

Story Time - Friday, September 12 & 26 at 11am

We hope to see you at one (or more) of these groups. As a reminder, our Community Groups are free and open to the public. Daytime groups do allow space for your children to come and play while mom enjoys the social time. No RSVP is needed, just simply show up!
