I am not saying your advice won't be helpful or even fix the issue. And trust me I have tried plenty of advice during those times. But... the help that changed and helped me the most was given from hearts of compassion and words of empowerment and encouragement because they had been there. It just hits different (for me)

I've been there, crying, worrying, wondering and if you are there now, reach out for empathic and holistic support.

You're mental and emotional wellbeing is important.

Mocktails and Marriage

Date nights look different postpartum. Even at 6 or 7 months. Sometimes sitters aren't available. Sometimes you dont have the capacity to pump extra milk to go on a "date". Sometimes your tired. OK. We'll thats alot of the time.

But. Find something small that will connect you to your partner. Find something quick to enjoy together.
Take that half hr for just the two of you.

The season will change. Make sure you stay connected during the transitions.
