Back to school season is upon us.

We wanted to do a little immune system booster for all our teachers, mom's, dad's, and kids out there.

We came up with our Foot Detox and Salt Room combo. The Foot Detox will help pull toxins out of the body, and the Salt Room helps kill viral, bacterial, and microbial yuck that is stuck in the body. Primarily the respiratory system and sinus cavities. This duo will help prepare your body for the "bugs" that your family will be exposed to once everyone goes back to school.

***Certain health issues may prevent you from using foot detox. Please call in if you have questions.***

The special is running for $45 for both services. You do need to schedule for both services the same day.

Hey everyone!

We have a special guest coming to Just Breathe for a unique event in the Salt Room.

Join us on August 9th at 2 pm for a Tranquil Percussion Sound experience with Halotherapy!

Ryun our local world class percussionist will use his pan drums and their wonderful frequencies to heal and relax our minds. We will also end the session with a Halotherapy session to make sure you leave grounded, relaxed, and detoxed from the lungs out!

Spaces are limited, so please call to reserve your spot today! We may open another session up if needed based on demand.

Happy Monday!!

We want to thank everyone who came to see us this past Saturday for the event at the Medina Square for the Cleveland Clinic. We had so much fun seeing everyone and talking with you all.

This week we have openings left for Angie this Wednesday for Reflexology and sinus treatments.
Melissa has a few opening left tomorrow, Tuesday July 15th for Massage.

This week looks like the weather will be all over the place, most likely causing our allergies to flare up again. So just a friendly reminder that the salt room is AMAZING at helping that. We have an allergy patch supplement as well!

Happy July 1st!

We have a short week here at Just Breathe with the 4th of July in a few days.

We have quite a few of our clients that are off this Thursday for the holiday. If that's you and you want to get on the schedule, come check out our availability on our website before they fill up with last minute appointments!

Melissa has a few more spots left for Massage.
Elemental Bliss has spots available as well.
And I can always try to squeeze you guys in for a foot detox, red light therapy, or salt room if needed.

I have salt room available for today. I know it's been rough on the sinuses with this hot, muggy air. The salt is just the cure for that!

Happy Monday!!

We are excited to start our week!

We have spots open for all services this week.

Angie has availability for reflexology and sinus adjustments Saturday. And while she's at the office you can visit the rest of us girls at the Yoga Festival that Half Moon Yoga Medina is hosting.

Next week is already the 4th of July weekend! We will have our normal business hours Mon-Thurs and will be closed Friday the 4th and Saturday the 5th.

Come see us if this heat gets too much and you want to come in and enjoy our salt room, foot detoxes, red light therapy, massage, reflexology, biomat our even schedule a sound bath for you and your friends!
