April is National Parkinson’s Disease Awareness Month!
Did you know that 90,000 people in the US are diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease each year? 🚶🏼
Reasearch shows that physical therapy, including gait and balance training, resistance training, and regular cardiovascular exercise may help improve or hold Parkinson’s symptoms at bay.
Here is one of our own patients working on his gait and balance training! His advice to other Parkinson’s patients: “Keep Moving!!” 😊💪

Earlier this week another birthday celebration took place with the big boss celebrating a milestone 50th birthday! So help us celebrate this special guy who is truly the workhorse to our clinic, who keeps us all doing our job in providing the exceptional care and fun loving joy that keeps our staff and patients smiling and laughing daily. From the infancy of our professional development Tony welcomed the challenge of getting our practice off the ground while working another full time job and is now managing a full time practice with multiple providers these past 24 years. His relentless hard work and dedication has been the driving force in establishing the success of our practice in his hometown community of Medina, NY. No one works harder than this guy and he deserves to be celebrated! Happy Birthday Tony from all of us and we’re granting you to finally take a day off to celebrate!
