I've been seeing "999" frequently! I love the signs my Divine Source is giving me 🥰. This inspires me by letting me know I am on the right track with the shifts I am making.

I can feel the upgrades dropping in as my birthday approaches on 2/3...especially with it being the year of the Dragon- which is my Chinese Zodiac!

This year, I am joyfully choosing to embrace tenderness and the sweetness of life by tuning into my heart and divine inspiration. Taking action with a positive mental and emotional perspective... (after all imaging is so powerful and so is energy in motion (e-motion!))

Happy New Year Everyone! 🎆

2023 has been an incredibly beautiful year through all the high points and not so high points. I am grateful for how much I have grown and have seen the people I choose to surround myself with grow as well! 🩷

This is such a beautiful planet 🌎 when you start to view things from a place of Knowing. Knowing and standing in your Truth ✨ regardless of outer circumstances, events, and situations that may not be to your preference. I'm excited to continue to build many more beautiful, tender, loving, and adventurous memories in 2024! 🤩

I love reflecting back at the end of the year and really honoring and celebrating all of the blessings and growth 🙏- even if at the time I didn't realize it was a blessing.

A few of mine are:

- My cat Spookie's 😺 beautiful transition and all the support, love, and tenderness Derek and I received at such a difficult time. I know it was all in perfect divine timing and that Spookie will forever be in both of our hearts as a shining, beaming light of unconditional love. 💕🐾

- Welcoming Dewie Bug 😻 🐛 to the family and him and Tater 🐶 becoming buddies!

- Allowing myself to feel safe and vulnerable enough to connect at a deep level within a group, with friends and more intimatly with Derek. 🫂

- Communicating🗣️🧠 in a more loving, caring way with others while still being my authentic self. And most importantly, not giving my opinion unless I am asked.

- Traveling to New River Gorge NP, WV, Mt. Shasta, CA & Torch Lake, Michigan.👒 🏔️ 🎒🌅

- Realizing the blessing in my last trip getting canceled. This gave me an extra week at home with Spookie, since shortly after he got very ill. 🦋

- Seeing that being social is AMAZING with the right people that feed your soul instead of depleting you! I've loved all my adventures this year!

- I am grateful for my business Jessica Imbrogno, JGI Insights LLC and all the clients I have served during Animal Healing/Communication Session & Bioenergetic Treatments🪷. It is an honor to teach people how to reclaim their personal power in order to live a life they enjoy and love waking up to🌠!

- Accepting that everything connects and contributes to raising the vibration of the planet. And I really am learning to enjoy all the beautiful things that Earth has to offer!

- Lastly, realizing that ....Everything really does conspire to my highest good and that I didn't come here to feel tortured and miserable everyday! I love my life! 💕 And furthermore, I am proud to be here to assist others in shifting patterns of brutal, unbearable, and unnecessary suffering in their lives. 🎉🙏🎇

Learning that The Universe always has your best interest can be a difficult learning curve. This is one I've personally experienced myself and I can say with 100% confidence shifting my perspective on this by knowing I've ALWAYS been supported and protected by the Universe changed my life.

- feeling hopeless

What exactly is a trauma bond?

A trauma bond is a strong emotional attachment to a person that you've been in a cycle of abusive behavior with. Often this stems from needing to feel loved and validated from the person that is abusive. This can turn into a dangerous experience since this is resembling "love" but in actuality is about control and power.

At the core, your response and compliance is driven from a deep and often well masked state of fear, not love.

Trauma bonds can occur in any form of a relationship, not just romantic. This can be a previous relationship with a friend, family member, neighbor, or coworker.

Over the past 7 years I flipped the script by clearing out of my field by releasing what was not mine and discovering my authentic, brightly lined, beautiful self. I realized I no longer needed to isolate myself and remain hidden thus serving the agenda of others. I now know who I am and I am honored to help people reconnect to their authenticity, their higher self and eliminate what is not theirs and furthermore, may never have been theirs to carry or repair in the first place.

One thing I have uncovered is I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOOOOOVEEE to travel!!! My heart truly is crafted to travel. Travel to me means:

Freedom, …
Authenticity, …
Connection, …
Excitement, …
Discovery, …

and… HEALING. These glorious sparks of joy have evoked and inspired me to create a BLOG capturing these extraordinary, impactful moments. I will share with you how I utilize nature, travel, various tools and adventures to reconnect. I am beyond excited to share these glimpses of INSIGHTS with you in the hopes that you can take what fits for you and apply it to your life to blossom in the stunning version of you as well.

Rainbows are a symbol of hope, good luck, new beginnings, peace and better times to come.

Some exhilarating shifts are taking place at JGI Insights LLC…Specifically related to utilizing nature, travel and adventure to heal! I would love to share with you how this evolution transpired.

7 years ago, I remember during a healing session with my mentor being relayed the following message:

"You are highly sensitive."

Ughhh… At the time, this was like a dagger to the heart! Instantly I became irate and overwhelmed with disgust…I felt like I was going to erupt!!! I thought…Yet another fu***ng person implying I am “too sensitive”, “too emotional”, “too difficult” … Little did I know at the age of 27 that I had an amazing gift of being a highly, sensitive empath! Imagine my astonishment that this message was relayed as being an outstanding attribute, a blessing… A GIFT and not some form of a “debilitating disease” as I had been trained by others and “myself” to define it as.

I realized the beauty of this extraordinary experience was my capability of feeling the joys of the planet on a deeper, richer and more intimate level. I no longer had to keep living in a deep, dark, treacherous sea of never-ending grief, despair and shame. I had access to a life boat… It was my choice, and I actively chose to seek unconditional love, support and guidance to correct it.

I put my faith in the rainbow!
