Congratulations to DMGC’s gymnast, Vincent, for his honor!

Last night during half time, the Highland Local School District proudly recognized Highland senior and scholar athlete Vincent Canales, who represented the State of Ohio and Dominique Moceanu Gymnastics in the National Gymnastics Association’s U.S. Championship in Virginia Beach. Vincent took GOLD medals on the pommel horse, the still rings, and the high bar making him a three-time National Champion! Vincent is a 2028 Olympic hopeful who we know will represent our Highland community with strength and grace. Congratulations, Vincent!

🥇 Dominique Moceanu – Olympic Gold Medalist and Owner of DMGC- 40+ years of experience!

👨‍⚕️ Dr. Michael Canales – Foot & Ankle Surgeon, gymnastics coach/educator, and student of the sport for over 45 years

⭐ Vincent Canales – Olympic hopeful and rising elite gymnast

This dynamic team will break down the back handspring step-by-step, focusing on:

✅ Proper technique and safety
✅ Strength and conditioning drills
✅ Progressions for confidence and success

If your child is still eager for more, they can stay an extra hour (1:00–2:00 PM) for additional skills, drills, and personalized coaching for just $25 more.
