Yoga teaches us presence.
Community teaches us belonging.

Breathing together, moving together, resting together- we remember that support is not weakness, and connection is not optional.

This is how we practice love.
On the mat. Off the mat.

Self-love as a yoga practice

Yoga isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about learning how to stay with yourself.

Through breath, movement, and stillness, we practice listening
to sensation, to limits, to what’s being asked for in this moment.

Self-care in yoga looks like:
• choosing rest when the body asks for rest
• meeting effort without force
• honoring boundaries without guilt
• offering yourself the same patience you offer others

This is self-love in action.
Not indulgence. Not avoidance.
Just presence, honesty, and care.

What we practice on the mat becomes how we live
with more compassion, steadiness, and trust in ourselves.

Come as you are.
That’s already enough.

Planting Light- A Spring Equinox Day Retreat
3/21
12:30-6 pm
📍Richfield studio

As day and night meet in perfect harmony, we gather to honor the Spring Equinox, a sacred threshold of balance, renewal, and possibility.

This half-day retreat is an invitation to slow down, return to center, and consciously plant the seeds you wish to nurture through the coming season. Through movement, ritual, creativity, rest, and sound, we will align with the natural rhythm of spring and the quiet wisdom of new beginnings.

What to Expect:

12:30–1:30 PM | All Levels Flow for Balance with Jacki.
A grounding yet energizing practice designed to cultivate steadiness, clarity, and harmony, mirroring the equal light and dark of the equinox.

1:30–2:00 PM | Nourishment & Community
Enjoy a mindful meal and gentle connection as we pause to refuel and integrate.

2:15–3:15 PM | Ostara Offering & Seasonal Ritual with Keni Leigh.
Honor the ancient celebration of Ostara with intentional ritual, reflection, and offerings that welcome growth, fertility, and renewal.

3:30–4:30 PM | Intentional Art & Journaling with Sam.
Give form to your intentions through creative expression and guided journaling, allowing your inner vision to take root.

4:45–5:45 PM | Restorative Yoga, Reiki & Sound with Lauren and Lizzy.
A deeply nourishing closing practice combining restorative postures, sound healing, and Reiki to gently tend to the seeds you’ve planted and soften the nervous system.

Leave feeling balanced, inspired, and rooted in the energy of spring- ready to grow with intention.

Just as the body needs water to survive, the heart needs love to stay open, responsive, alive.

Love is not something we earn or create.
It’s something we allow to move through with breath, presence, and attention.

This is the practice.
On the mat. Off the mat.

The quiet medicine of heart openers

Heart-opening postures aren’t about pushing the chest forward or forcing ourselves to feel more.
They’re an invitation to create space- physically, energetically, emotionally.

When we gently open the front body, we support:
• deeper, fuller breaths
• release of stored tension in the shoulders and upper back
• improved posture and circulation
• stimulation of the heart and lungs
• a softening of protective patterns held around the chest

On a subtler level, heart openers remind the nervous system that it’s safe to receive, safe to soften, safe to stay open to life as it is.

This isn’t about vulnerability as performance.
It’s about meeting yourself with honesty, steadiness, and care.

We open not to become more…
but to remember what’s already here.

Galentine’s Buti Yoga: Sweat, Sisterhood & Self-Love

Grab your girls and celebrate Galentine’s Day the Buti way.
This high-energy, music-driven Buti Yoga class blends dynamic movement, deep core work, cardio bursts, and tribal-inspired dance to help you shake loose stress and drop fully into your body.

Expect a sweaty, empowering flow set to feel good beats, moments to laugh and let go, and space to reconnect with your confidence, sensuality, and strength. We’ll finish with grounding stretches and a short savasana to seal in the love, for yourself and your community.

Come solo or bring your besties. Leave glowing, energized, and deeply connected.
No experience needed, just an open heart and willingness to move.
