We hosted an Autumn Festival yesterday to celebrate Fall and Johnny Appleseed Day!

We had a great turnout of residents, staff, families, friends, and community members! The food was amazing and so many people went home with prizes! We cannot wait until our next big event!!

Check out what our residents enjoyed for lunch today!

Our dining service’s team continuously serves a 5 star restaurant experience to our residents, and this meal was another example! Glazed Ham, Fried Potatoes, Roasted Asparagus, Apple French Toast Casserole, and Fresh Fruit Salad were on the menu today and received raving reviews!

Anyone needing short or longterm care should be receiving high quality, delicious meals and we are proud to offer that at Champion Creek!

We celebrated Assisted Living week with all of our local care partners!

We celebrated by delivering delicious East Coast Original Frozen Custard and Nothing Bundt Cakes to the residents and staff and expressing our gratitude to the care they provide their community members throughout the year.
