Today was a Beach Day at Champion Creek!

We sipped Piña Coladas while listening to tropical music and playing cards. Our two residents are enjoying their time getting to know our staff and use all the amenities offered at our luxury longterm care facility!

After months of diligent planning and excitement, we successfully hosted our Grand Open House at Champion Creek on July 17th!

Hundreds of guests enjoyed entertainment, explored our facility, and indulged in delicious food catered by our own Foundations Health Dining Services Directors.

We look forward to a promising future providing superior care to our residents and being a valuable healthcare partner in our community.

Exciting news!!

We admitted our second resident last week and she is looking forward to being the greeter at our Grand Open House on Thursday!

She has already had such a great experience, here is what she has to say! “I really like it here, I cannot believe how lovely it is! There are so many great areas to spend time in and I love being able to go outside, everything is so pretty!”

Champion Creek is centered around helping and serving those in our community, in and out of our facility. We have partnered with Medina County Senior & Adult Services to regularly provide cookies to the nearly 200 Meals on Wheels recipients that they serve so they can have a yummy treat with their meal! Jenny and Hannah worked hard in our kitchen baking up over 400 cookies this week and even made some for our craft we hosted for the seniors at the Senior Center!

Last week we had the honor of hosting the Montville Township Trustees, Commissioner, Police Chief, and Lieutenant for a luncheon and a personal tour of Champion Creek!

Our Director of Dining Services, Jenny, and her Assistant, Hannah, prepared an elegant meal and desserts that was enjoyed while we discussed our services and also how we can work together to best serve the residents of Montville Township and surrounding areas.

Champion Creek was proud to sponsor the 49th Annual Medina Twin Sizzler this 4th of July!

Over 1100 registerants took part in the events on a beautiful day, all benefiting the Medina Senior and Adult Foundation. Sandy and Monica were present at the finish line along with other local volunteers to cheer on the participants! ❤️🤍💙

We are excited to be a part of this annual event! You will find us bright and early on July 4th passing out bananas, granola bars, and patriotic cheer to all the participants!
