We offer Massage therapy, Reiki, Yoga classes, skin care, waxing, and tanning with an Esthetician (coming in December), and dry Needling (coming in January)! We have had lots of experience with different injuries, chronic conditions,

and relaxation techniques on all types of people. Mary specializes in Deep tissue, trigger point, pain relief, and relaxation. She enjoys helping people feel their best and has been practicing since 2010. Sara Specializes in TMJ massage and Lymphatic Drainage Therapy. Other techniques may be incorporated as needed. Such as, Trigger Point, Myofascial, Guasha, Cupping, Micro-current Point Stimulation (MPS), deep tissue, Craniosacral, Pre-natal, and stretching. Most appointments are between 45 and 90mins.
