Just wanted to share a little peek into my world.

This is a pic of what I consider my "altar" space and what each item represents to me. The top being the most significant.

No, I'm not hiding in the weeds today. Even though I feel like that wouldn't be a bad idea lately. 😆

I'm asking for help from any plant ladies out there. 🌱

I've been whispering sweet nothings to this baby but their leaves are turning yellow. What can I do?

They seem to love this spot and grew quite a bit but now this. When I google it says too much light, not enough light. Too much water, not enough water. Ugh 😑

There’s a reason drumming has existed across cultures for centuries. 🪘🥁

It shifts you.

Not in a “think your way through it” kind of way
but in a your body finally exhales kind of way.

Drumming regulates your nervous system.
It moves stuck energy.
It brings you out of your head and back into your body… fast.

You don’t have to explain yourself.
You don’t have to process everything out loud.
You just let the rhythm do what it does.

I’ve watched it crack things open.
I’ve felt it move things I didn’t even have words for.

This is deep, real, body-level work.

If something in you is like “I need that”… trust it.
