I am tired! 🤪

The last several weeks have been a lot.

Like… what the f**k is happening a lot.

Getting hit from all sides kind of a lot.

I am tired.
And a little angry.
And I’m not pretending I’m not.

Some seasons are just heavy.
The kind of deep soul nervous system sigh kind of heavy.
The scream singing in a Walmart parking lot to regulate yourself from the crazy for a moment kind of heavy. Lol 😝

The same energy that would have broken me years ago is just noise now.
Pretty loud and exhausting noise but noise even still.

Now I try to pause before reacting.
I let my nervous system adjust.
I choose peace even when I don't feel it.

Not because I am always calm.

But because I want to stay anchored even when I am tired, irritated, and over it.

Growth is not being calm all the time.

It is being tired, a little angry, grounded-ish, and still deciding to keep going anyway.

Anyway.

I’m here.
Human.
Tired.
A little pi**ed off.
Still doing the work.
Still showing up.

And...
that is growth.

Something is shifting in the energy today. ✨

With the astrological conjunctions aligning, the Year of the Horse energy beginning to stir, and the new moon + solar eclipse portal opening, it can feel like the start of something new… a fresh breath, a reset, a call to move forward. 🐎

But this doesn’t mean everything suddenly feels light or resolved. The next few weeks may still bring things to the surface. Old patterns, emotions, or stories can rise up to be released, not because you’re going backward, but because you’re making space for what’s next.

The horse doesn’t rush without purpose. It moves with instinct, power, and freedom.

So if things feel tender, emotional, or like they’re being stirred up, let it be part of the clearing. You’re not behind. You’re in the process.

Slow breath. Open heart. Keep moving forward, one honest step at a time. 🙏

Okay first of all 😩😂

Why was there a whole ✨stink bug✨ on my toothbrush this morning.

Not near it.
Not on the counter.
On. The. Toothbrush.

I just stood there staring at it like… sir? This is not your morning routine.

And honestly it felt symbolic.

Life lately has been like that. You wake up, ready to start fresh, and there’s some random little surprise sitting right where your peace is supposed to be.

You can either:
A. Lose it
B. Spiral
C. Take a breath, remove the bug, rinse everything off, and keep it moving

Today I chose C.

And then it hit me… we’re at the tail end of the 🐍 Year of the Snake in the Chinese zodiac. Snake energy is all about shedding, clearing, releasing old skins. And what does it do right before it’s done? It brings up the last little irritations. The tiny triggers. The lingering stuff that’s been hiding in corners.

Even the stuff sitting on your toothbrush apparently.

It feels like end of cycle energy.
Little annoyances surfacing so they can leave.
Old skins peeling off in the most random ways.

Not everything needs to ruin your morning. Not every annoyance deserves your nervous system. Sometimes it’s just a stink bug. Sometimes it’s just the final shed before something new moves in.

Also yes, I used a different toothbrush. We are spiritual but we are not reckless.

Anyone else feeling that end of snake year clearing energy in the most unexpected ways? 😅

I was sageing last night and left the cup to cool down (I keep my sage and palo santo in a mug). I went to put it away this morning and it fell.
