THE DIFFERENCES:
Anxiety is essentially an inability to get s**t done out of fear. 😰
Introversion is feeling drained by social interactions and feeling fueled by alone time.
They both affect your life drastically AND they are both manageable.

When it comes to answering DMs and anxiety, try to work WITH your anxieties instead of against them.
Maybe you notice your anxiety is worse first thing in the morning

And eases through the day😌
Perhaps schedule time in the evenings or afternoons to answer DMs.
Maybe you notice your anxiety revs up when you feel a sense of urgency
⏲️ Think about setting a 24 hour rule for yourself - don’t answer any DMs until you’ve given yourself that time to destress about it.
Experiment 🧪
Find what works for you and roll with it - even if it’s not what the “experts” recommend…
Because, really, you’re the expert of you!
