I'll be out on the town!

Be sure to check out Heal the Healers this Sunday, April 19th from 1-5 pm. This donation based event is open to the public. The Space Coast Holistic Wellness Hub has organized this amazing event, gathering a variety of holistic practitioners from around the county. You will be able to experience an array of modalities. Donations will be accepted at each station.

An exciting opportunity on the horizon!!

Many of you already know, but I'll let everyone in on it!

The office will be closed from May 4th until May 25th, with appointments available again starting May 26th. Spinal Flow Technique hosts 6 Immersive Trainings per year. Each training week brings Facilitators, Support Team, and Students from all over the globe. I applied, and was accepted for the Support Team role for the May Hawaii Immersive. It's an incredible opportunity for advanced training and an even deeper understanding of the modality and the business aspects, as well.

I love to take advantage of every opportunity for growth and travel, so we'll be staying a few extra days before and after, just like we did in Barcelona. I am SOO looking forward to this experience.

In light of my upcoming absence, I've decided to not take on any new Treatment Plans or Packages. When I return, we will pick up where we left off.

Changes happen in the first session! Come unlock your body's healing power and see what a connection with wellness can do for you.

Your first appointment we'll go over your health history and do assessments. Your symptoms and concerns will be correlated to what's found in your spine. Then the healing can begin. Your Healing Session is 30 minutes of access points and flow increase. There are no contraindications for this modality. You just lay face-down on the table, fully clothed, and connect with your body.

Happy New Year!

We’re wishing you a happy, healthy, prosperous New Year filled with all the things you’ve dreamt of for your life!

2026 is going to be a PHENOMENAL year! I can feel it! We’ll be celebrating milestones and taking chances on amazing opportunities! This will not be a year of holding back or waiting, but jumping feet first into everything that lights our souls on fire! I hope we’ll be seeing you do the same!
