What you are about to hear in this video may shock you…“I’ve always been anti-doctor.”

Those were the first words Jay shared when he told us his story — ten years of debilitating back pain, frustration, and hopelessness. After exhausting every option and even considering surgery, he decided to take a chance on something different… Chiropractic care. 💙

At first, he wasn’t hopeful. Jay didn’t want another band-aid fix — he wanted answers, and a long-term solution. And that’s where his journey with us at Coastal began. ✨

Today, he’s not only pain-free — his life has completely transformed. Jay is currently training for a triathlon, living life without limitations, and even got off blood pressure medication. 🙌
