July 24th, marks International Self-Care Day, a perfect reminder to pause and reflect on how we're nurturing our well-being. In our fast-paced world, it's easy to push our own needs to the side, but self-care isn't selfish—it's essential.

Self-care looks different for everyone, and there's no single "right" way to do it. It could be anything from:
