July 24th, marks International Self-Care Day, a perfect reminder to pause and reflect on how we're nurturing our well-being. In our fast-paced world, it's easy to push our own needs to the side, but self-care isn't selfishโ€”it's essential.

Self-care looks different for everyone, and there's no single "right" way to do it. It could be anything from:

It's a crucial opportunity to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and promote access to culturally competent mental healthcare.

Mental health is health, and everyone deserves support and understanding. This month, let's commit to:

Educating ourselves on the specific mental health disparities and systemic barriers affecting BIPOC communities.

Amplifying BIPOC voices and stories related to mental health.
