Guess I'll just keep all of this education, training, and experience to myself while I watch my loved ones complain themselves to death. My apologies for that. From now on my advice comes with an invoice due up front.

I don't usually do this, but I just had to share this Christmas card from a current client. Virtually all of my clients express their sincere appreciation for my help, but this client stands out because she is still learning English, is a senior citizen of over 70, and brings a friend with her to be her interpreter so she can get the comprehensive instruction she needs.
