Temperatures are on the rise for the rest of the week. Here are some tips to stay cool and avoid the heat-related illness: ☀️

1. Hydrate often- drink water even if you don’t feel thirsty. Avoid alcoholic or sugary drinks as they can dehydrate you.💧

2. Dress smart- wear light-colored, loose-fitting clothes and a wide-brimmed hat. 🎽

3. Time your outdoor activities- plan walks, yard work, or errands early in the day or later in the evening. ⏰
