My massages are tailored to you. I typically start with a face-down position and a calming head and hair massage for relaxation.
The neck is then targeted, since it’s a common area for stress and tension accumulation. The massage progresses to the full back, with particular emphasis on the lower back, utilizing compression to address pain. Attention then shifts to the arms, starting at the fingertips because they matter too. Moving up the hands, arms, shoulders and neck.
Then working the legs to address tightness. After the back side is full cared for you’ll flip over. Starting with a facial massage for relaxation and deeper neck work using gravity, alongside an upper pec massage to address potential contributors to neck pain.
