I have to wear multiple hats every day, and being a strength coach goes way beyond writing workouts and counting reps.
On any given day I’m part therapist, listening when life gets heavy. Part DJ, making sure the playlist keeps the energy right. Part chef and nutrition guide, helping people build better habits. Part cheerleader, pushing people to believe in themselves when they forget how capable they are. Part teacher, motivator, accountability partner, and sometimes even part comedian.
A strength coach isn’t just about building stronger bodies, it’s about helping build stronger people. And through all of it, we still have to show up, take care of ourselves, and be the best version of us at the end of the day.
