Our Barre & Soul Method not only challenges you physically with blends of modern ballet conditioning, Pilates, yoga, & low-impact cardio but also incorporates inspirational layers with soulful instruction.

We like to say that one inch is all it takes to completely change the way you feel in your body – no heavy weights, heavy barbells, or heavy grunting necessary.
