Ncazelo Ncube-Mlilo is a narrative therapist, psychologist, and psychosocial specialist dedicated to decolonizing mental health and promoting culturally responsive trauma healing. As the founder of PHOLA Psychosocial Organisation and co-developer of the Tree of Life methodology, she integrates African storytelling and community-based practices to support vulnerable communities worldwide. Her work challenges traditional approaches, empowering individuals and communities to heal through culturally grounded, strengths-based interventions that foster resilience and lasting change.
