I have a problem.

I’m constantly trying to find the balance between completing tasks and exercising.

I want to work out 3–4 days per week, but this rarely happens.

Whenever I get busy, my need to accomplish tasks overrides my desire to exercise.

I know that exercise improves my energy, productivity, and mood.

Yet my default setting continues to kick in when life gets busy.

So I’m going to change my schedule, block off time to exercise, and treat this time as sacred.

I’m on a mission to continuously improve my system.
