A multi-disciplinary Medicare-certified facility, Lake Area offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Specialty programs offered include: aquatics, vestibular and balance, TMJ and craniofacial, stroke, sports, and cardiac rehabilitation. Lake Area Physical Therapy & Aquatics has a highly experienced staff with an outstanding reputation in the medical community. We pride ourselves on delivering comprehensive, one-on-one service to our patients as your neighborhood professionals, no matter what your rehabilitation needs. Lake Area Physical Therapy & Aquatics has three convenient outpatient facilities in Melrose, Keystone Heights,Starke and Crescent City, Florida, including our state-of-the-art indoor heated pool for aquatic therapy at our Keystone Heights location.
