You can eat the entire thing for less than 200 calories, only 13g of carbs, and a whopping 25.5g protein. We’ve been sold the lie that losing weight will fix everything...

It promises us that confidence will come, relationships will perfect, your relationship with food will be better, and life will finally start—as soon as we’re smaller.

But the truth? Shrinking your body doesn’t heal self-doubt, trauma, loneliness, or body image. It doesn’t fix systems that make us feel unworthy. And it often becomes just another pressure on top of everything else.

You deserve to live your life and be happy now. Not “when.” Not “if.” Not after you’ve lost the 10 pounds. Now. So, while yes, having weight loss goals is okay, just remember, there is no guarantee losing weight will magically fix everything.
