On Go Red Day, all National Health Care Associates centers came together to raise awareness for heart health. Did you know heart disease is the leading cause of death in the U.S.? That’s why moments like this matter.

Seeing our teams unite in red across every community reminds us how powerful it is when we stand for something bigger—health, compassion, and life-saving awareness.

So proud of our National family for showing up and showing heart.

Our Go Red kickoff for Heart Health Month was a great success at Huntington Hills! ❤️

Throughout this month, we encourage our community to support women’s heart health by wearing red, sharing trusted information, and supporting education and research. Small actions can help create meaningful change.

We have some exciting events coming up:
• 2/12 – Red rose sale
• 2/19 – TV raffle
• 2/26 – Finale fundraising event with our month-long 50/50 raffle winner announced

All proceeds will benefit the Northwell Katz Institute for Women's Health.

Thank you to everyone who is helping us support heart health and make a difference!

Smiles multiplied and hearts were warmed when Wylie and Willow came to visit with their pawsitively positive energy! 🐾

Their gentle cuddles, happy tail wags, and loving presence brought comfort and joy to both our residents and staff. Visits like these remind us how powerful animal companionship can be, creating meaningful moments, easing stress, and spreading happiness throughout our community.

It was truly a feel-good day for everyone involved.

Cardiovascular disease is the number one killer of women, and Go Red Day is a powerful reminder that awareness and action can save lives.

Tomorrow, Friday, February 6, we encourage our community to wear red to be seen, to be counted, and to be heard. Wearing red is a simple but meaningful way to support women’s heart health and help make an impact.

Together, we can be stronger than heart disease and stroke. To learn more, find resources, and get involved, visit the American Heart Association at https://www.heart.org.

National Health Care Associates leaders kicked off 2026 with intention and purpose. They came together to reconnect, align, and recommit to the values of kindness, compassion, service, and excellence. These values guide the care we provide every day and help us create safe, supportive, and meaningful experiences for our residents.

Here’s to a year of caring, connection, and quality ahead.

Creativity and patience were on full display during jewelry making at Huntington Hills. Residents carefully selected beads, threaded each piece by hand, and enjoyed the simple joy of creating something all their own.

Activities like this offer a chance to focus, connect, and take pride in a finished piece—made even more special by the time spent together. ❤️

Moments like these are about more than art—they’re about connection, creativity, and enjoying time together in a relaxed, meaningful way. A lovely way to spend the day. 🎨❄️
