Ideal Candidate:
LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC required.
Strong passion for helping others and a deep commitment to delivering ethical, empathetic care.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities, with a willingness to adapt and expand clinical approaches.
Collaborative mindset, works well with colleagues in a team-based, supportive setting.
Strong organizational and time management skills to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Ability to conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions.
