At Midtown, we have a recognition program called Cattails, and it’s all about appreciating one another. Cattails give us a way to recognize coworkers who are living out the ClearView core values whether that’s teamwork, compassion, accountability, integrity, or simply going above and beyond.
Anyone can give a cattail. It’s a chance to pause and say “I see you and I appreciate what you do.” These shout-outs help boost morale, encourage positivity, and strengthen our workplace culture.
