According to SSA.gov, the average retirement age is 67 if you were born in 1960 or later. The average lifespan in America is ~77 years but has been dropping the past two year. To my African Americans out there, the average lifespan is a little over 70 years. Add chronic illnesses such as Diabetes, Heart Disease, and/or Chronic Kidney Disease to the equation to skim some more years from that average. Not fun thinking about that right.
Making lifestyle investments such as eating, exercising, and non-harming stress management practices are ways to increase your life expectancy. I want to help increase your chances of having an enjoyable and long lasting retirement, however you have to commit to helping yourself first. When you are ready to get the ball rolling, I am and will always be more than happy to assist you.
Bible Quote for this series..........
"No discipline is fun while it lasts, but it seems painful at the time.Later, however, it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness for those who have been trained for it." Hebrews 12:11 CEB
