They persecuted you, slandered your name, lied on you, laughed at you, humiliated you, and tried to destroy you.

Others stood by in agreement and watched the abuse, the mockery, the betrayal and the ultimate murder and annihilation of your character and did nothing to avenge you, nor did they stand for what they boldly profess with their mouths.

Then they all stepped over your dead body and put you away in a tomb to be thought of no more with hopes that it was the end of you.

But little did they know that Resurrection Day was coming.

May ever dead situation, dead dream, or dead relationship that God intended to live be resurrected today just as Jesus was.

Psalm 118:17 "I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord."

Romans 8:11 "And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of[a] his Spirit who lives in you."

I was approved way before I was put in my mother’s womb (Jeremiah 1:5) and that approval still stands regardless of whatever human doesn’t approve of me. Their disapproval won’t change God’s mind about me, and not even my own self-rejection will make God love me any less. This is a relief to know. It feels so good to be loved and approved by a source greater than I. What can a mere mortal do to me? 🥰

So, I was informed to watch "Young Sheldon" on Netflix because the person stated, "he made me think of you"

So I watched a couple of episodes, and I can't believe how much this reminds me of my childhood. Geesh!

I especially love how the episodes are only about 20 minutes long because I usually avoid watching television out of fear of being baited into a "binge" (non-productive distraction).

But this made my heart genuinely smile.

I thank God for the simple things that will bring self-awareness...

Now I'm looking introspectively to see if there are any correlations of this character with that of my own.

Dude. Don't get intimidated by her strength. Allow it to challenge you to grow and learn, not to try to deflect and square up and prove that you are smarter. She's your help- the missing piece to your puzzle- your mill-ticket. It's by design. God is just waiting to release your overflow, but your pride is a blockage.

Ladies, stay hidden in Christ because the man who God has for you will have to go through Him for insight on how to find you and win your heart.

"He who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favor from the LORD." Proverbs 18:22

Do not be moved by the naysayers who are on the sidelines monitoring and critiquing those who are deep in the trenches working to make a lasting positive impact in the lives of others.

These individuals usually are also not focused on doing anything for anybody else but themselves. Don't take the bait of distraction.
