OJ was scary, I know it doesn’t look like a dynamite 🧨 but it might as well be, because that’s how I use to look at it. It took me years before I healed my relationship with it. Now I look forward to some fresh squeezed orange juice- try adding a tiny piece of ginger and fresh turmeric to it, it’s healthy and delicious.

How to really approach treating IC bladders: it’s never going to be just about the bladder. As this research and several others have shown, it’s a complex condition. You have to treat all the systems together - gut, visceral organs, nervous system, autoimmune system, and yes, the emotional piece too. Everything’s got to go hand-in-hand and be treated at the root. If you’re just fixing the bladder or just treating symptoms, you’re really just putting a band-aid on a much bigger problem.
