✨ Braces Care Tips & Tricks! ✨
Keeping your braces clean = keeping your smile healthy and on track! Here’s how to keep them squeaky clean:

🦷 Brush after every meal – food loves to hide around brackets and wires.
🪥 Use a soft-bristled toothbrush (or an electric one) for the best clean.
🧵 Floss daily – use floss threaders or special ortho floss to get between teeth.
💧 Rinse with mouthwash to kill bacteria and keep your breath fresh.
🥦 Watch what you eat – avoid sticky, hard, or super crunchy foods that can break brackets.
🎉 Carry a braces kit (toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, and mirror) for on-the-go cleanups!
