✨ At Honeybee Wellness, we talk a lot about healing and today, I’m sharing something personal. ✨

I’m a co-author of Dear Black Woman. Along with 12 other women, I’ve written a letter to my inner child. This project is deeply connected to the work I do: reminding us that healing is not only possible, but necessary.

We’ll celebrate the release at the 100 Women in Black Gala & Book Launch in Atlanta on September 27, 2025.
