EMAS physicians Dr. Dominique Chang and Dr. Jerry Jones taught a workshop on ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia to an international gathering of physicians in New York last weekend for .

The New York School of Regional Anesthesia (NYSORA) is widely recognized as one of the most influential anesthesia educational resources in the world. Dr. Chang is the first ACGME fellowship-trained physician to join EMAS! We are so fortunate to have her on our team. There is no doubt that EMAS physicians are staying on the cutting edge of patient care!

Our very own Dr. Jerry Jones recently attended the 50th annual American Society of Regional Anesthesia Spring Conference ( ) in Orlando, Florida. While there, he provided ultrasound scanning sessions, collaborated with colleagues from around the world and accepted a nomination to serve on the ASRA Practice Management Committee.

Dr. Jones also cheered on his medical students from as they presented 3 separate research projects related to positive outcomes from regional
anesthesia for total joint arthroplasty, upper extremity orthopedic surgery and rib fractures.

Dr. Jones, great job representing the cutting edge and compassionate care of EMAS on this incredible international stage!
