Narcissists aren’t the only ones who use love bombing in the early stages of a relationship. The reasons are different but it will look similar. People with Anxious Attachment styles are in distress with the thought of being abandoned. That drives their behavior. Until they learn how to heal, develop emotional regulation and form a secure attachment, they are stuck in that cycle of fear.

1. Stand in the gap when you are unable to do so.

2. Challenge your negative thoughts and beliefs that are holding you back.

3. Help you become self-aware of your blindspots.

4. Give you the tools to manage and overcome anxiety, depression, grief, and other struggles.

5. Teach you how to show up as the highest version of yourself.
