Monday reminder: tight hips make life harder.

Pop this first pose, then come up onto your knees and push your hips forward. If tight, you’ll feel it everywhere —
low back, hamstrings, knees, even just sitting or walking around.
Dont end up stuck in the cycle:
pain → injections → temporary relief → pain again.
Taking care of your hip strength + mobility keeps everything else moving the way it should.
