March 8 is a powerful reminder of the women who paved the way — the visionaries, the organizers, the truth‑tellers, the caregivers, the leaders. Their courage opened doors, expanded rights, and created possibilities that allow us to thrive today.

At MentalThrive, I honor their legacy by continuing the work of nurturing whole‑person wellness — mind, body, and community. Today, we’re celebrating the women who make this mission come alive every day. From the coaches and creators to the movement leaders and community builders, these women show up with heart, intention, and a deep commitment to supporting your growth.

What a powerful experience at this year’s SCN Talks. Being one of the speakers was an honor, but what moved me most was the people — reconnecting with those I’ve worked alongside for years and meeting new faces who are just as committed to healing our communities.

I’m hopeful for the Spiritual Care Network. There is still a real gap between the church, mental health, and the physiology of what our bodies carry. Too many people are hurting in silence because these worlds don’t always speak to each other. But gatherings like this remind me that bridging that gap is possible. It’s why I show up. It’s why I speak. It’s why I move.

The body is always speaking — in tension, in breath, in stillness, in motion. Our work is to listen to it, and to create spaces where others feel safe enough to be heard too.

Grateful for every conversation, every connection, and every moment of shared purpose. We’re building something meaningful, one relationship at a time.
