Applicants must be on-call, available as needed, and have the ability to manage various schedules. A reliable vehicle and full coverage insurance are required. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of residential homes, ensuring compliance and quality care. The on-call schedule has no restrictions, so flexibility is essential.
