🧱 Wall Angels
1️⃣ Stand with your back flat against a wall
2️⃣ Bring arms up like a goalpost
3️⃣ Slowly raise and lower your arms, keeping contact with the wall
Do 2–3 sets of 10 reps.
This stretch improves posture and mobility in the upper spine.
