Share, Share, Share...The Project-Based Vouchers (PBV) waitlist for Edgeview at Legends Park is open. According to memphisha.org, Project-Based Vouchers ensure affordability for low-income elderly residents, limiting rent to 30% of their adjusted monthly income. The development reserves 25% of units for individuals with incomes at or below 30% of the area median income (AMI), prioritizing low-income older adults. Additionally, seven units will be specifically designated for elderly Veterans with incomes at or below 30% AMI.

‼️ WAITLIST OPENING: The Project-Based Vouchers (PBV) waitlist for Edgeview at Legends Park is open.

➡️ Applicants must be ages 62 and older.
➡️ Applying does not guarantee placement on the PBV waitlist and is not an offer of housing assistance.
➡️ Eligible applicants will be placed on the Edgeview at Legends Park waitlist through a random selection process.
➡️ Edgeview at Legends Park is the only site accepting waitlist applications. The Housing Choice Voucher Program waitlist and all other PBV sites are closed.
