She’s been a pediatrician for 20+ years and has spent the last 1.5 years making magic happen here at Lifedoc. 💙

A proud Memphis graduate, she earned her BS in Biology at UofM, attended UT Memphis for medical school, and completed her Pediatrics residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School/CHKD.

We appreciate the passion, patience, and heart she brings to our families every day.

Meet Kristina- a reminder of why we do this work.
When she first came to Lifedoc, she was searching for support, clarity, and a care team that truly listened. Through consistent coaching, personalized guidance, and her own determination, Kristina has transformed her health journey from overwhelming to empowering.

This Saturday, LifeDoc showed up big time! We packed and handed out meal boxes for patients and families in need. Thanks to the generosity of our community, we were able to share warmth, kindness, and a little extra comfort this holiday season.

Dr. Velásquez and Andrés Velásquez were invited to present about Lifedoc’s mission, our prevention-driven model of care, and the research we’ve recently published in collaboration with UofM. Their presentation highlighted the Lifedoc Health Model, insights into childhood and adolescent obesity in Memphis, and our recent publications.

For 20 years, Dr. Claudia Neira, DNP, FNP has dedicated her expertise, compassion, and vision to improving the health of our community.

As a co-founder of LifeDoc, Dr. Neira has shaped the care we deliver and inspired our team through her commitment to prevention-focused, patient-centered healthcare. Her impact is felt every single day in the lives of the patients she serves and the providers she leads.
