Montell Jordan is celebrating a powerful victory after overcoming cancer not once but twice.

Montell Jordan revealed he is now cancer free after a two year battle with prostate cancer. The R&B icon was first diagnosed with stage 1 prostate cancer in early 2024 and underwent surgery. Nearly a year later doctors found the cancer had returned in his lymph nodes as an aggressive stage 2 diagnosis. After completing radiation treatment he received life changing news on Christmas Day 2025. "We’re finally at an all clear and I feel fantastic," he shared. Standing surrounded by his children and grandchildren he called the moment surreal and deeply grateful.

Jordan credits faith, discipline, and the unwavering support of his wife Kristin for helping him endure the fight. "She didn’t have to carry cancer, but she could help carry me," he said. The couple has since committed to healthier living by cutting sugar and dairy. They also prioritize exercise and wellness together. Now he plans to use his testimony to encourage early detection and awareness. Especially for black men who face higher prostate cancer risks. His upcoming documentary Sustain will highlight the journey. Montell Jordan's story stands as a reminder that strength, faith, and family can carry you through even the hardest battles.
