Growing up, I was always the "sensitive child with itchy skin." I spent my days going back and forth to doctors to find relief for an itch that nothing could soothe. My poor mother did everything she could to help me find comfort.

Oatmeal baths? And back then, no one even knew that this sensitive, itchy skin had a name: ECZEMA!

When a dermatologist finally diagnosed me with eczema in adulthood

, I thought, "FINALLY! Now they know what it is and can fix it."

WRONG! After multiple stints of oral medicines and what felt like pounds of steroid creams, I was now a "sensitive adult with itchy skin. In 2000 when my second daughter was born, she was blessed with her mama's big brown eyes and unbearable eczema, and that's when I decided enough was enough. I was determined not to allow her to suffer the way I had. I begin my mama bear's quest to save her cub. Day and night, I researched essential oils and their healing properties. And later I discovered organic butter's which are completely chemical free.

Ultimate Double Cheeseburger 🍔✨

Ingredients:

For the Burgers:

1.5 lbs ground beef (preferably 80/20 blend)
Salt and pepper, to taste
6 slices cheddar cheese
4 sesame seed buns, split and toasted
For the Sauce:

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon pickle juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:

Prepare the Sauce:

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, pickle juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined. Set aside.
Prepare the Beef Patties:

Divide the ground beef into eight equal portions and shape each portion into a thin patty. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and allow it to melt.
Assemble the Burgers:

Spread a generous amount of the prepared sauce on the bottom half of each toasted bun.
Place one cheese-covered patty on the bottom bun, followed by another cheese-covered patty.
Add the top bun to complete the burger.
Serve:

Serve immediately with your favorite sides like fries or onion rings.
