October is ADHD Awareness Month - a time to break down myths, raise understanding, and support those living with ADHD.

At Compass, we recognize that ADHD is more than just "being hyper" or "not paying attention." It can impact school, friendships, and self-esteem. With the right support and resources, children and teens with ADHD can thrive.

Let's work together to build awareness, acceptance, and hope.
