Any student can benefit from yoga and mindfulness but we love how Fairley has always sent its athletes as a mental/ physical cross training and recovery.

We are excited to offer this simple practice for stress reduction and simply feeling better for . More and more we are looking for ways to support self-care and wellness in the home. A daily practice does not have to be long or complicated. Slowing down, being with the breath, letting the body relax- this is what is key.

Thanks to 2020, we took everything virtual and have been serving and families though our YouTube channel (and other virtual outlets). Now more than ever kids and families need support for stress reduction, self-care, emotional regulation, health & peace. Today we’ll focus on an amazing muscle, the serratus anterior, as we stretch, twist, and have a little playtime! 🤸🏾‍♂️💛💙💜💚🤸🏾‍♂️ This is one of the most important muscles in your body 💪🏽 but we tend to forget it’s there because we can’t see it! This muscle connects the rib cage to the spine, allowing us to move, breathe, walk, and stand upright. For a little journaling, can you think of anything in your life you can’t see but is on reflection actually very important? What else do we sometimes take for granted because we can’t physically see it?
