Root & Nourish Nutrition Plant based nutrition services I am a registered dietitian and an advocate for plant-based nutrition. I've been a vegetarian for over 30 years (vegan for some).

I have a master's degree in human nutrition from the University of Alabama and a plant-based nutrition certificate from Cornell University's Center for Nutrition Studies. Also, I am the Tennessee coordinator for the Vegetarian dietetic practice group.
