We are excited to announce the addition of Dr. Eleanor Null to our practice.

Dr. Null attended the University of Memphis where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Biology. She then earned her doctorate from Southern College of Optometry in 2015 and has a special interest in dry eye syndrome, ocular surface disease, and diabetes.

Dr Null has two adult children, one of whom was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes as a teenager leading to her interest in diabetes management. She and her wife still have a full house with two dogs and three cats. She also serves as the secretary of the Germantown Lion’s Club and volunteers with the West Tennessee chapter of Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation doing community outreach.

We are looking forward to being back in the office and seeing patients for routine and medical eye exams soon! Our schedule will be limited for the time being and we ask that you schedule your appointment online when possible.

On the day of your appointment, call the office to let us know of your arrival and we will contact you as soon as the doctor is ready for you. Due to the limited appointment availability, any no show or same-day cancel appointments will be assessed a $50 no show fee.

All patients over the age of 10 MUST wear a mask upon entering the office. Only the patients is allowed in the exam room with Doctor. Only one parent or guardian is allowed in the exam room if the patient is a minor (17 years of age or younger).

If you have a fever of 100F or higher, have been exposed to COVID-19, or do not feel well (coughing, shortness of breath, sneezing) we ask that you reschedule your appointment.

The health and safety of our patients and staff is our top priority. Given the current CDC recommendations , we have made the decision to close our office effective Wednesday March 17. We will evaluate week by week and hope to be back in the office soon!

We are taking steps to be proactive about our office policies regarding the spread of seasonal flu, the common cold and the novel coronavirus COVID-19.

Here’s what you can expect from MVPEYECARE :

🌡If you are actively sick and exhibiting symptoms like cough, runny rose or fever, please stay home and reschedule your appointment.

✈️If you or a family member have recently traveled outside of the US, please reschedule your appointment.

🤧If a patient arrives showing symptoms of the seasonal flu or common cold, we will ask that they please reschedule their appointment.

🧽We have scheduled additional deep cleans and disinfection of our offices. We have also trained our staff on new, more frequent disinfection protocols.

🧼As always, there are steps you can take to prevent the spread of illness. These include frequently washing your hands, staying home if you are sick, and coughing or sneezing into your elbow.
