The PPA Advocacy Committee has released a statement renewing PPA’s position of endorsing pediatric pharmacists’ participation in all CPR events involving children.

While we acknowledge several challenges exist when it comes to expanding pharmacy services to resuscitation teams, pediatric pharmacist participation is expected to prevent medication errors and enhance patient and team outcomes.
