Our office will operate with regular business hours tomorrow. To confirm or reschedule an upcoming appointment, please call our office. Our staff is monitoring the answering service and will respond to your call. We also have availability this afternoon with our nurse practitioner and for ultrasound.

We recommend exercising caution while driving and planning accordingly. Be safe!

Bartlett Women's Clinic will be open tomorrow, 1/27/26, with limited staff.

Dr. Cooley will see patients in the morning, and Dr. Estepp will see patients in the afternoon. If you have an appointment, someone from our office will contact you to confirm that you're coming and let you know what time.

Our phones will continue to be routed to our answering service, but if you leave a message, someone will call you back. Thank you for your patience. We hope everyone stays safe and warm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Verify insurance information and obtain necessary authorizations
• Collect co-pays, deductibles, and other payments
• Referrals
• Process medical records
• Answer incoming calls

Qualifications:

• 1 year medical office experience
