Bartlett Women’s Clinic is looking for a full time Patient Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Verify insurance information and obtain necessary authorizations
• Collect co-pays, deductibles, and other payments
• Referrals
• Process medical records
• Answer incoming calls

Qualifications:

• 1 year medical office experience
• Must be a team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Dependable
