Ashtanga Vinyasa Pop-Up Series ✨
Beginning February 17, join Laura Dew for a special 4-week Ashtanga Vinyasa series— the traditional practice that inspires our power vinyasa classes.

Expect a steady, breath-driven flow designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus while keeping you grounded and connected. You’ll move through a mix of postures inspired by the Primary and Second Series—standing and seated, forward folds, twists, arm balances, backbends, and inversions. All levels are welcome, with modifications and options offered and encouraged. 💫
If you haven’t practiced with Laura Dew yet, you are in for a treat!
Laura found yoga after college to relieve stress. She has been teaching since 2019 and joined our HYP team in 2025. Laura teaches Power Flow and Ashtanga; her dance background inspires her love for fluid, breath-led movement.
Favorite pose: any kind of side stretch, especially Banana Pose 🍌
Hobbies: enjoying the sunshine, being outdoors, reading, listening to podcasts, and working on house projects ☀️
